ROAD

It took me a few trips to Europe until I experienced Spain because there were a number of places that were higher on my list. Then, one year a friend was taking a Eurotrip on his own and I met him for about a week and a half while he was in Spain. I loved the vibe and most of all the distinct architecture. It is highly recommended as one of the top tier stops in a trip covering multiple European locations.
