ROAD

While my first time overseas was to Australia, that was to move there. My first pure vacation overseas was to London. I bought a flight and didn't even have a hotel worked out. For some reason, I wanted to just show up and figure it out. This was prior to how easy it is today to reseach and choose online. It took a little bit of vacation time to get settled, but the midset of just doing what came to me without rigid plans set a tone for the entire trip. I had a sense of freedom and surprise instead of plans and the stress of trying to do everything on a list. I have been back to London a couple times since, but have not explored outside that area.
