ROAD

Texas has a certain persona and it was not historically a place where I felt compelled to spend a lot of time. I would be happy to never hear about most of the sports teams ever again (see Dallas Cowboys). But every trip I've made has been a lot of fun and I've had really good experiences. Austin was an ideal place for a bachelor party, but a place for anyone to enjoy music, food and the lifestyle of a major college town. Dallas has a lot of what you would expect from a major city. I had one business trip to a small town between Austin and San Antonio that would likely not be most people's destination, but an excursion worth taking for certain interests.
